- Crypto: A wallet gives you ownership of your Bitcoin/Ether balance so that you can send and receive Crypto. Although technically it is nothing more than a mobile app or a computer program, it is essentially the personal bank account and the ATM access point for cryptocurrency.
- EFT/e-Transfer: A convenient way to send and receive money by using your online or mobile banking! All you need is a Canadian bank account that supports e-Transfer.
2. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
Make sure to select the correct currency and enter the correct wallet address. Press Preview Order.
3. Preview Order
Review wallet address, withdrawal amount and fees before pressing Send.
4. Acknowledgment
Read the text and confirm recipient before pressing I understand.
5. Two Factor Authentication
Enter the code generated by your authenticator application and press “Submit”.
6. Order Completed
A withdrawal order was successfully created. You will now see the order details in your Activity Feed.
Note: In most cases your withdrawal will be processed within 15 minutes. However, for security reasons, certain withdrawals could take up to 1.5 business days to be processed.
