Important notice about your XRP holdings with Coinberry 

 Update: As of June 1, 2022, clients holding XRP on the Coinberry platform will be subject to a 0.17% monthly late withdrawal fee

Update: As of 5pm on October 19, 2021, Coinberry will no longer allow the selling of XRP on the platform: 

Effective August 23, you will no longer be able to buy XRP on the Coinberry platform.

• All XRP limit orders will be cancelled by 5pm EST on October 19th.
• All users holding less than 25 XRP, the withdrawal minimum, will have their XRP sold and be credited the CAD equivalent by October 20, 2021. All details relating to the sell transaction can be found in the activity feed of your account profile.

How this affects you: 

1. If you hold less than 7 XRP on the platform:

1. You are below the minimal sell and withdrawal amounts.
2. You will be provided with the Canadian dollars equivalent of your XRP holdings in your Coinberry account based on the XRP rate as of October 19th, 2021

2. If you hold less than 25 XRP on the platform:

1. You are below the minimum withdrawal amount
2. You may sell your XRP holdings at any time up to October 19th, 2021.
3. If you do not sell your XRP by October 19, 2021, Coinberry will convert your XRP holdings to fiat and the Canadian dollar equivalent will be credited to your Coinberry account based on the XRP rate at the time of conversion.  You will be able to view this transaction as part of your account statement when you login into your account.

3. If you hold between 25 XRP and $20,000 CAD worth of XRP on the platform:

1. You will be able to sell all or a fraction of your XRP at any time up to October 19th, 2021.
2. You will be able to withdraw all or a fraction of your XRP at any time up to November 16th, 2021 without incurring any fees.
3. Note – Large volume withdrawals may take longer than average time to process due to enhanced due diligence related to those types of transactions. Our goal is to process all withdrawals as promptly as possible.

4. If you hold more than $20,000 CAD worth of XRP on the platform:

1. You will be able to sell all or a fraction of your XRP at any time up to October 19th, 2021; however please keep in mind that you will not be able to submit withdrawals exceeding $20,000 CAD therefore you will be required to submit multiple orders.
2. You will be able to withdraw all or a fraction of your XRP at any time up to November 16th, 2021 without incurring any fees.
3. Note – Large withdrawals may take longer than average processing time due to additional due diligence involved. Our goal is to ensure all withdrawals will be processed as promptly as possible.
4. For a smoother experience, we are offering you the option to schedule your withdrawal. If you would like to proceed with scheduling, please contact support@coinberry.com to select a date. Once you have selected a date, you may process your withdrawal the normal way via your online account at any time between 9 am-4 pm EST.  We will manage the internal processing to ensure a quick and efficient turnaround time. 

If you continue to hold XRP on the Coinberry platform after November 16^th, 2021, the balance of your XRP holding will be subject to a monthly late withdrawal fee of 0.17%. This amount will be deducted on the last day of each month.
