How to Withdraw Canadian Dollars with e-Transfer

Withdrawing Canadian Dollars from Coinberry to your bank account 

Website (instructions for the mobile app below)

1) Navigate to the 'Accounts' section of your account

Sign in to your Coinberry account and click on 'Accounts', located at the top of the page

2) Start your withdrawal request

Click on the 'Withdraw' button and select 'Interac e-Transfer'. Please note that you must have a minimum Canadian dollar balance of $50 to do so.

3) Select your withdrawal method and complete your request

Choose your withdrawal method and enter the dollar amount you are looking to withdraw, and the name of your bank. Click 'Next' when you are ready and enter your two-factor authentication code to complete your withdrawal request.

If you are withdrawing via Interac e-Transfer, we will send it to the email address linked to your Coinberry account.

If you are withdrawing via Bank Wire, please select the receiving Institution for bank account, as well as your account number and transit number. If you need any assistance locating your bank wire details, please click here. 

Mobile App

1) Start your withdrawal request

Sign in to your Coinberry account and click on 'Withdraw' 

2) Select your withdrawal method and complete your request

Choose CAD then select your withdrawal method and enter the dollar amount you are looking to withdraw, and the name of your bank. Click 'Next' when you are ready and enter your two-factor authentication code to complete your withdrawal request.

If you are withdrawing via Interac e-Transfer, we will send it to the email address linked to your Coinberry account.

If you are withdrawing via Bank Wire or Electronic Bank Transfer, please select the receiving Institution for bank account, as well as your account number and transit number. If there are any issues with your bank account details, a Coinberry team member will reach out for further clarification.
