Law Enforcement Request Policy

Coinberry receives requests about its customers from Law Enforcement in Canada and around the world. Law Enforcement agents can contact Coinberry directly via email:Compliance@coinberry.com

After receiving a Law Enforcement request, a Coinberry official will advise you about the required next steps and/or documentation. In lieu of an official Law Enforcement request, submission of a consent form from Law enforcement signed by the Coinberry customer or an email from the Coinberry customer to release information may also be accepted to provide Law Enforcement with the requested information on behalf of the Coinberry customer.  

All requests for records should come from an official government domain and include the name, position, and contact information of the requesting Law Enforcement agent.
