Send an e-Transfer using the security question and answer we provide, and your deposit will be automatically credited to your Coinberry account when the e-Transfer is received!

1) From your 'Accounts' page, please click on the 'Deposit' button shown at the top of the screen
2) Select 'Interac e-Transfer' from the pop-up that appears
3) Sign in to your financial institution's online banking platform and send your e-Transfer

b) Recipient Email Address: The email address you must enter when adding a new recipient to your e-Transfer recipient list. Please ensure you select to notify by email and not SMS.
c) Security Question: The security question you must enter after you have added us as a recipient and are sending your e-Transfer.
d) Security Answer: The security answer you must enter after you have added us as a recipient and are sending your e-Transfer. This is a unique code that is generated for your Coinberry account. Please ensure to copy and paste this to avoid any errors/typos.
